Biotech days: insight into vaccines and related challenges of the supply chain

Dear Members and friends of ASCCA, ISPE Italy Affiliate and PDA Italy Chapter,

Following the great success of the last two editions, the three associations are pleased to jointly propose the webinar event "Biotech days: insight into vaccines and related challenges of the supply chain". The event will consist of two afternoon sessions, scheduled on 24^th and 25^th November, having as fil rouge the criticalities and peculiarities of vaccines production and the challenges faced in the supply chain due to the limitations imposed by the pandemic. These are highly up-to-date topics, an expression of the new manufacturing paradigm on which the whole industry and in particular the pharmaceutical industry has necessarily evolved and improved. The speeches, preceded by a wide-ranging inspirational speech on the challenges in the biotech area, will be presented by representatives of the main pharma companies involved in vaccines production and will end on the second day with an open discussion with equipment manufacturers, engineering companies and other companies involved in pharma production chain, with the aim to discuss and to think about together on current challenges and future proposals.
