Online meeting, 11 September 2020

We thank you all for the many registrations we have received for the upcoming ERCS Webinar (we are more than 100!), and also for the many contributions from all of you!

The Webinar will be organized as follows:
We’ll have 10 invited lectures and 12 selected talks.
All the remaining contributions will be presented as Posters and will be available for consultation 4 days before the meeting. Six posters will be selected to be presented orally in the poster session (10 minutes presentation).
You will receive at the beginning of September the link for poster viewing and the link for Webinar participation.

Here some more details and deadlines:

Oral presentation

Invited speakers 20 minutes presentation + 5 min discussion

Selected talk 15 min presentation +5 min discussion

We kindly ask the speakers to test the Zoom platform on Wednesday September 9^th during two time slots that will be reserved for the check: from 10:00-12:00 and from 16:00-18:00 (Central Europe Time). The link will be sent to all the speakers in due time.

Poster presentation

The poster will actually be a PowerPoint presentation of no more than 8 slides in PDF format. Please send us the file before Thursday Sept 3^th.

Posters will be available on the website from Monday Sept 7^th.

The authors of posters selected for oral presentation will be notified on Wednesday 9^th.
