AFTER YOU HAVE FILLED IN THE REGISTRATION FORM (step 1), YOU CAN PROCEED WITH PAYMENT

  1. Choose the registration fee
  2. Click on "Buy" . You will be requested to create an account on our website by filling in invoicing details
  3. Go to checkout. You can pay by bank transfer or credit card (for credit card, choose Paypal. It is not necessary to have a Paypal account)

Registration is due for all participants (both presenters and attendees only). Registration payment is due May 31st, 2022. Payment is possible by credit card or bank transfer.

After May 31st, 2022, registration fees are increased by 50€

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • 80% refund for cancellations by June 30th, 2022
  • 50% refund for cancellations by July 31st, 2022
  • After July 31st, the registration fee is not refundable but substitutions are always accepted. 

REGISTRATION INVOICE: Registration is confirmed only upon payment receipt. Invoice will be sent after payment by e-mail prior to the conference (please fill in the invoicing details during the registration procedure: you can choose invoice to person or invoice to company/institution.) **For invoice to individuals who do not hold an Italian Fiscal Code, please also indicate your date and place of birth when required. For Italian law it is mandatory to have these details in order to issue the invoice**
