GENERAL INFORMATION

Registration fee for ERCS 2022 is 350€ (VAT 22% INCLUDED). Registration is due for all participants (both presenters and attendees only). Registration payment is due by March 3rd, 2022. Payment is possible by credit card or bank transfer. The meeting fee covers all the meals (including the social dinner) and coffee breaks, local sight-seeing tour, the transfer from and to the Malpensa Airport for those who need it (only for arrival on April 7th and departure on April 11th), and all the congress material.

The conference will provide a transportation from Stay Hotel to Villa Cagnola in the morning and back in the evening after dinner. On Thursday April 7, transportation will be provided in the afternoon in time for the opening session. More information will be given as soon as we know the exact number of participants staying at Stay Hotel !!!!!!

Transportation: shuttle service will be made available from Milano Malpensa airport (MXP) to Villa Cagnola/hotel at fixed times on arrival date (April 7th) and departure date (April 11th). If you wish to use this service, please send us your arrival/departure time (when filling the registration form or when you know your travel plans)

The nearest airport is Milano Malpensa (MXP), which is located approximately 35kms (30 minutes by car).

The Conference sponsors an AWARD for best presentation at the Conference.

It is the responsibility of the attendee to arrange appropriate insurance cover in connection with their attendance at the conference. Pragma Congressi cannot be held liable for any loss, liability or damage to personal property.

3-registration payment: finalize the payment by March 3rd, 2022 by clicking on the PAYMENT BUTTON and create the account. After that date, the registration fee will be non refundable

Practical information

If you travel by TRAIN

In Gazzada there is a train station (Gazzada-Schianno-Morazzone) that is directly connected to Milan.

From Gazzada to Milano Garibaldi (which is a very important station in Milan, located here: https://goo.gl/maps/CcfTqQSH1ZYvxWdh8 ) it is a 1 h 10 min journey

From Milano Garibaldi you can go almost anywhere, you can also take the subway

From Gazzada station it is a 1 km walk to the venue. But since you will have luggage with you, we can pick you up by car – please send you arrival time

You can reach Gazzada by taking a train from Malpensa Terminal 1 to Busto Arsizio (16 minutes), then from Busto Arsizio to Gazzada-Schianno-Morazzone (27 minutes)
