Online meeting, 11 September 2020

We thank you all for the many registrations we have received for the upcoming ERCS Webinar (we are more than 100!), and also for the many contributions from all of you!

The Webinar will be organized as follows:
We’ll have 10 invited lectures and 12 selected talks.
All the remaining contributions will be presented as Posters and will be available for consultation 4 days before the meeting. Six posters will be selected to be presented orally in the poster session (10 minutes presentation).
You will receive at the beginning of September the link for poster viewing and the link for Webinar participation.

Here some more details and deadlines:


Oral presentation

Invited speakers 20 minutes presentation + 5 min discussion

Selected talk 15 min presentation +5 min discussion

We kindly ask the speakers to test the Zoom platform on Wednesday September 9th during two time slots that will be reserved for the check: from 10:00-12:00 and from 16:00-18:00 (Central Europe Time). The link will be sent to all the speakers in due time.


Poster presentation

The poster will actually be a PowerPoint presentation of no more than 8 slides in PDF format. Please send us the file before Thursday Sept 3th.

Posters will be available on the website from Monday Sept 7th.

The authors of posters selected for oral presentation will be notified on Wednesday 9th.

Abstracts must be sent by June 30th, using the abstract form on the website. Please send it by email to . Abstract received after June 30th will be automatically assigned as posters.

Abstract body: no more than one page, including figures and tables, when needed. Times Font size 12 or 10. Abstracts are submitted as pdf files to avoid mismatch in Word versions and ensure correct representation of figures and tables. Abstracts must be submitted by June 30th, 2020 (registration is mandatory for the abstract submission).
