REGISTRATION FEE INCLUDES: conference access and conference kit, coffee breaks, evening cocktail on Thursday August 29th, 2019 (no lunches).

CANCELLATION POLICY: no refund after July 31st, 2019. Substitutions are always accepted - please send an email to [email protected]
REGISTRATION INVOICE: Registration is confirmed only upon payment receipt. Invoice will be sent by e-mail prior to the conference (please fill in the invoicing details during the registration procedure: you can choose invoice to person or invoice to company/institution.) **For invoice to individuals who do not hold an Italian Fiscal Code, please also indicate your date and place of birth when required. For Italian law it is mandatory to have these details in order to issue the invoice**
ACCOMPANYING PERSONS: it is possible to buy tickets for the cocktail, ask Secretariat for details
