INVOICING AND CANCELLATIONS
Invoice will be sent after payment by e-mail prior to the conference (please fill in the invoicing details during the registration procedure: you can choose invoice to person or invoice to company/institution.) **For invoice to individuals who do not hold an Italian Fiscal Code, please also indicate your date and place of birth when required. For Italian law it is mandatory to have these details in order to issue the invoice**

SUBSTITUTION is possible by sending the name of the cancelled participant and the replacement to the address [email protected]. You will have to keep the same category of registrations.
